Prices are per apartment per week
● Rates include:
power, water, tv-sat, safe, car park, garage for motor and bikes, playground for children,
playroom, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, volleyball field, sauna (from 17:00
to 20:00 o’clock)
● Rates do not include (payment only in cash):
final cleaning, bed linen, kitchen linen, washroom linen, ev. heating, tenniscourts,
mountainbike, washing machine with chips
● The apartments can be occupied from 5 p.m. onwards
● Please, notify us should You arrive later than 9.00 p.m.
● For earlier departures or late arrivals must be paid the full price
● We accept arrivals and departures during the week on request
● The bill must to be payed within the day before the departure (if possible on Thirday or
Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 o’clock).
● On the day of departure, the apartment must be cleared by 10.00 a.m.
If the apartment isn’t vacated within the above-mentioned time yet, You will have to pay
an additional day.
● Bookings shall be regarded as binding after we receive the advance deposit

FINAL CLEANING type C, D, E Euro 30,00
● Domestic animals with a little or middle height are accepted on the price of € 3,50 per day
(reserved dining-room)
● Tennis : € 9,50 per hourIt can be payed only with money.

App. E € 68,00 per week
