A safe holiday with complete peace of mind

In the current global climate, safety and peace of mind are more important than ever for our guests and staff. On arrival you will receive instructions that need to be followed out of respect for yourselves and the other people around. We ask that you stick to these rules and, if you have children with you, you make sure they also follow them.


The outdoor pool is open for the exclusive use of our guests, but the pre-assigned spaces must be maintained. After using the deckchairs, fold the backrest and do not leave towels or items to keep them occupied.

The indoor pool is heated and there is a limit on the total number of people allowed in.


The fitness suite will be open as usual, but special attention will be placed on the sanitisation of equipment after it has been used.

Mountain bike and e-bike hire
We will continue to offer this service, but please bring along your own helmet, if at all possible.

Games room

This will be open, but with limited numbers and sanitisation after use.

Football pitch and volleyball court

These will be open, but parents must make sure their children follow the general rules about avoiding gatherings of people.


Buffet breakfast

The buffet breakfast will be served by our staff. Show cooking is available for pancakes, eggs and other delicious fresh food. It is compulsory to wear masks and use hand gel at the buffet entry point. Booking will be necessary to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Pizzeria and savoury snack bar

This will be open every day, except Mondays, from 12 noon to 2:30 pm and 5:30 to 9 pm.

Using our takeaway service, you can order your favourite food, collect it when you’re ready and enjoy it in the tranquillity of your apartment.

You are spoilt for choice: appetizers, first and second courses, vegetables… Take a look at the menu, give us a ring and come to collect your order at the agreed time.

We have everything needed for such a takeaway service, with the food served in special containers to maintain the full taste and aromas at the perfect temperature.


Check-in is from the time indicated on the confirmation letter (and early check-in cannot be guaranteed) and can also be done online, using the form we’ll send you in advance.

If you are regular customers, then all you need to do is send us an email with the names, surnames and dates of birth of the people who will be using the apartment, and we’ll get the remaining information from our database.

If you need access to the apartment from the morning of your arrival, please contact us in advance to see if this is possible; where it is available, a supplement will be charged depending on the apartment type.

Check-out is until 10 am. 
Late check-out is only possible if it has been requested, and once we have checked there is sufficient time for the cleaning and sanitisation; a supplement is also payable for late check-out, depending on the apartment type.

We would also appreciate it if we can organise in advance the date and time when you will pay the balance for your stay, so as to avoid queues at reception.
