A family story, a promise of quality
Since 1995, Residence La Pertica has been the home of the Marini family. An adventure that began with 22 apartments surrounded by greenery and has grown year after year through new spaces, attention to detail, and care for every small gesture. Our philosophy is simple: to improve every day and make every stay more authentic and welcoming.
The roots: our first steps
1995 - The Marini family decided to leave their long-standing business to embark on a new adventure: becoming hoteliers. La Pertica thus inaugurated its first tourist season with 22 apartments immersed in greenery.
1996 - The first swimming pool was built in the heart of the park. Even today, our long-term guests cherish memories of afternoons spent at the adjacent kiosk with an ice cream or an aperitif.
1997 - Three clay tennis courts were created: the right intuition to offer guests a holiday that combines movement, the outdoors, and sport—all without sacrificing the view.
New spaces and services
2001 - New apartments and the Restaurant Pizzeria were built—an additional service for guests who, rather than cooking, wish to savour the flavours of local cuisine.
2003 - A heated indoor pool and sauna completed the wellness offering. Relaxation became an all-round experience in every season.
2007 - Beyond the apartments, the holiday offering was enriched with the addition of 9 rooms. Residence La Pertica thus became a Hotel as well, expanding its appeal to an even wider audience.
2008 - A passion for mountain biking met the desire to let guests discover the area sustainably. Rent Bike Point Tremosine was born: an on-site rental service for exploring the surroundings on two wheels.
Renewing without forgetting
2019 - We gave the park a new soul: no longer just a green space, but a true sanctuary for the mind. A meditation oasis where you can rediscover contact with the earth, walking barefoot and exploring the colours and scents that only authentic nature can provide.
2020-2021 - Difficult years, but the Marini family did not stop. Despite the challenges of the period, the facility was renovated: the reception, bar, and restaurant were given a fresh new look. A large outdoor terrace surrounded by greenery became the heart of outdoor life.
2022-2023 - A new breakfast area with show cooking was inaugurated, serving sweet and savoury dishes prepared on the spot. Most of the apartments have been renovated: accessible bathrooms, modern and functional furnishings, and spaces redesigned to welcome every guest with maximum comfort. A step forward, as always, to make your stay even more pleasant.
