From our vegetable garden to your table
At the restaurant, every dish tells the story of local flavours: fresh pasta, lake fish, appetisers made with local produce, Tremosine cheeses and organic vegetables.
Carefully selected, wholesome ingredients - many sourced directly from our vegetable garden - create seasonal dishes and celebrate quality. For younger children, a special menu is available, including a drink and ice cream.

Taste two masterpieces of Italian tradition and discover the differences right there on your plate. Pizza, with its classic dough and unmistakable aroma and pinsa, its ancestor: a light dough made from wheat, rice and soy flour, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a minimum 72-hour leavening period that makes it more digestible and gives it a unique flavour. Fewer calories, more moisture and all the satisfaction of a great leavened dough. Our advice? Don’t choose… try both.
