Check-in is available from 5 pm to 7 pm, as indicated in your booking confirmation. Before your arrival, we will send you a form to complete your online check-in and expedite the process. If you wish to access your apartment in the morning, please contact us by email in advance to check availability: this service is subject to a supplement.

Check-out is required by 10 am. If you need to leave your accommodation later, please contact us: late check-out is subject to availability and involves a supplement. We also ask that you settle your bill by 6 pm on the day before departure.

The outdoor pool, reserved exclusively for guests, is open from 8 am to 7 pm. We kindly ask you to fold the sun loungers back after use and not to leave towels or personal items on the beds, so everyone can use them.

The heated indoor pool is accessible all season from 8 am to 8 pm. 

The outdoor pool, however, is only open during the summer season.

Yes, the fitness room is available from 8.30 am to 7 pm. Keys can be collected from Reception. 

After use, we kindly ask you to sanitise the equipment.

Yes, we have a small wellness area with a sauna, accessible from 5 pm to 8 pm. 

In the summer months, access is available by reservation. 

Massages and wellness treatments are also available.

The mountain bike and e-bike rental service is available from 8.30 am to 6 pm.

The buffet breakfast is served from 8 am to 10 am. A show cooking service is also available, with crêpes, eggs, and other dishes prepared on the spot. We ask that you book it by 6 pm the previous day.

It depends on the chosen formula. For rooms and suites, breakfast is included; for apartments in the residence formula, it is available for an additional charge.

The restaurant and pizzeria are open every day:

• lunch from 12 pm to 2.30 pm;
• dinner from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm.

The closing day is Monday. The menu can be consulted and booked directly on-site.

The bar is open every day from 8 am to 11 pm. On Mondays, it operates on reduced hours from 8 am to 6 pm.

A take-away service is available every day, except Monday. You can order from the entire menu—starters, first courses, main courses, and side dishes—and collect at the agreed time. Each dish is packaged in containers designed to preserve aroma, flavour, and temperature.

The restaurant offers a dedicated children's menu, which includes a drink and ice cream.

The facility also offers: 

• a playground;
• a shallow pool area;
• a games room with a separate section for the littlest guests;
• and scheduled summer workshops.

Yes, the games room is open from 8.30 am to 10 pm. Additionally, the football and volleyball courts are free for guests to use. Use is under the supervision and responsibility of parents.

The location of Residence La Pertica, on the Tremosine plateau overlooking Lake Garda, is ideal for discovering one of Italy's most beautiful regions. Popular activities include hiking or mountain biking on the trails of the Alto Garda Park, boat trips, water sports such as windsurfing and kitesurfing at Limone sul Garda and Riva del Garda, visits to historic villages like Pieve di Tremosine and Gargnano, and local markets where you can taste typical local produce.

Lake Garda is just a few minutes' drive. The spectacular Strada della Forra, considered one of Europe's most evocative scenic roads, connects Tremosine directly to the lakeshore towards Limone sul Garda.

Whether you want to cycle along panoramic itineraries, trek through the Garda mountains, play tennis, or simply swim in the pool, you will find plenty of opportunities for outdoor living here. The on-site e-bike rental is also an excellent solution for exploring the surroundings comfortably and pleasantly.

We accept cash and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard; American Express is not accepted). To confirm a booking, deposits can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

For hotel rooms, the initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in your stay. For apartments, however, it must be requested in advance, either at the time of booking or by email to info@residencelapertica.com. 

Air conditioning is available exclusively in the Starlight Garda Suite (up to 4 guests). The suite consists of two independent units: the Garda Breeze Double Room and the Garda Prestige Junior Suite.

All other accommodations, including rooms and apartments, do not have air conditioning. Thanks to our privileged location at the foot of Passo Nota and Passo Tremalzo, we benefit from a wonderful "natural air conditioning" system: the area enjoys consistently cool and breezy conditions, allowing the rooms to cool naturally and ensuring a comfortable and rejuvenating night's rest.

Yes, there is a self-service laundry room: we have a coin-operated washer and dryer in a common room.

Yes, the property offers a fully equipped barbecue area for guests, ideal for enjoying outdoor lunches and dinners together. We kindly ask all guests to use it respectfully and follow safety regulations. For safety reasons, the use of private barbecues and grilling on apartment terraces and balconies is not permitted.
