A heartfelt welcome
Your arrival is just the beginning. To welcome you in the right way, we’ve created a welcome kit with all the essentials for a worry-free start to your holiday: carefully-selected little extras to make you feel at home from the very first moment. No waiting, nothing unexpected: just the pleasure of entering your accommodation and starting to enjoy your holiday right away.
Private and with video surveillance
Your car is safe throughout the duration of your stay. The private car park with video surveillance is located just a few steps from your accommodation, offering the convenience of having your vehicle close at hand at all times. If you’re travelling by motorcycle, you can count on dedicated covered parking.
Fun for all
When a day in the open air comes to an end, the fun continues. The games room is open every day from 8.30 am to 10 pm and is a space designed for adults and children, any time of day. Board games and activities for children make it the ideal place to gather with friends.
Garda on two wheels
The best way to discover Lake Garda and the Tremosine hills is by bike. Our Rent Bike Point offers mountain bikes and e-bikes perfect for every level of experience: from easier scenic routes to challenging climbs. The service is available daily from 8.30 am to 6 pm, directly on the premises.
Trekking and mountain biking
We organise guided excursions on foot and by mountain bike, accompanied by local professionals. An opportunity to discover lesser-known routes and corners that you probably wouldn’t find on your own. Stop at Reception to check the calendar and book your place.
Experiences to share
Residence La Pertica is the ideal place for organising team-building activities. Trekking, bike outings, relaxing moments and shared spaces become authentic opportunities to strengthen relationships and participate in experiences together. An informal setting, far from the office routine, where you can spend quality time with colleagues.

Your pets are welcome
At Residence La Pertica, your four-legged friends are also a part of your holiday. To ensure the comfort of all guests and the decorum of the facility, we ask you to keep your dog on a lead in common areas, to pick up after your pet throughout the residence area, including the new park, and not to bring pets into the pool area or the playground. Little gestures that make a holiday enjoyable for everyone - our-two legged and four-legged guests alike.
