Living in nature means, first and foremost, respecting it. Holidays at Residence La Pertica are in perfect harmony with the landscape: over the years, we have adopted practical solutions to reduce our environmental impact.
Respect for the environment
Respect for the environment:
- Cleaning of rooms and common areas using eco-sustainable products;
- Sustainable mobility in the area: e-bike and mountain bike rentals, bus and ferry timetables.
Sourcing policy:
- Promotion of products from local supply chains;
- Specific products for vegetarians, vegans, and those with lactose or gluten intolerances;
- Selection of certified organic products.
Help us:
- Avoid letting water run unnecessarily;
- Avoid leaving lights on if not needed;
- Avoid leaving doors and windows open while the heating is on.
Energy saving and Water conservation
Energy saving:
- Hot water for the entire facility is provided by solar panels;
- Photovoltaic panels with storage batteries;
- We have installed low-energy light bulbs throughout the building.
Water conservation:
- Garden irrigation uses groundwater from our own well;
- Water used for the tennis courts comes exclusively from our well;
- The pools are equipped with a water replenishment system.
